Guided Meditations
At Heart Wise Relationship Coaching we strongly believe in the power and healing of guided meditations for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. In our meditation sessions, I will walk you through customized, guided visualizations that will describe relaxing images and scenes. A benefit of this type of meditation is that during the session your mind may wander, I can gently steer you back to the present moment.
At Heart wise Relationship Coaching we understand that it is difficult to prevent your mind from wandering since we all live such busy lives and for many, we aimlessly go through our day checking off the boxes on our “to do lists.” I can assure you that I will help you relax by deepening your breath and releasing tensions in various parts of your body. Throughout each session we want participants to pay close attention to their emotions, thoughts and sensations and areas in the body from head to toes. Our intention for our sessions together is to bring compassion, peace, and calmness to whatever is happening for you at that time.
At Heart Wise Relationship Coaching we are excited to offer free twenty-minute guided meditations once a month around a specific topic. Each month I will invite different but like-minded community members such as grandparents, parents, educators, company leaders, mothers/daughters, fathers/sons, to open their heart as they learn to cultivate a deeper relationship with themselves and those around them. You will be provided with journal prompts and affirmations to practice after each of our meditation session together.
